1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Purple Wins. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website, www.purplewins.io, and all services offered, including career coaching, executive recruitment, leadership consulting, and related services. By accessing, using, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. DEFINITIONS

For clarity, the following definitions apply:

  • "Purple Wins" refers to Purple Wins Coaching and Executive Recruitment, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and representatives.

  • "Career Coaching Services" refers to professional development guidance, resume review, interview training, executive branding, and career strategy support.

  • "Executive Recruitment Services" refers to talent acquisition, candidate search, and hiring support for corporate clients.

  • "Client" refers to an individual receiving coaching or consulting services from Purple Wins.

  • "Candidate" refers to an individual being considered for a role through our recruitment services.

  • "Employer" refers to a business utilizing Purple Wins for talent acquisition.

  • "Final Interview Stage" refers to the last round of interviews before a hiring decision is made.

3. SEPARATION OF CAREER COACHING & EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT SERVICES

Purple Wins maintains a strict ethical separation between career coaching and executive recruitment to ensure fairness, transparency, and legal compliance.

  • Career Coaching Clients are Ineligible for Recruitment for 13 Months: Any individual who receives coaching from Purple Wins is not eligible to apply for or be considered for roles facilitated by our Executive Recruitment division for 13 months from the date of their last coaching session.

  • Equal Hiring Consideration: Former coaching clients may not apply for any roles facilitated by Purple Wins until the 13-month cooling-off period has been fully completed. After this period, they may apply without preference or disadvantage.

  • Strict Non-Preferential Treatment: Receiving coaching does not provide an advantage in recruitment processes.

  • Employer Confidence in Hiring: Employers working with Purple Wins can trust that all candidates are sourced and assessed based solely on their qualifications and merit.

4. CAREER COACHING SERVICES

By enrolling in Purple Wins' career coaching programs, you acknowledge:

  • Coaching does not guarantee job placement, promotions, salary increases, or specific career outcomes.

  • The coaching services are intended for professional development and do not include job placement assistance.

  • Clients are expected to apply coaching insights independently and not rely on Purple Wins for job referrals or introductions.

  • Coaching fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our policies.

5. EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT SERVICES

Employers engaging Purple Wins for executive recruitment services agree that:

  • All candidates are evaluated on merit, experience, and employer needs.

  • Former coaching clients must wait 13 months before being considered for recruitment services.

  • Hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the employer.

  • Purple Wins does not influence hiring decisions based on prior coaching relationships.

  • Purple Wins reserves the right to refuse recruitment services to candidates or employers who violate our ethical hiring policies.

6. REFUND POLICY FOR CAREER COACHING CLIENTS

To prevent conflicts of interest, Purple Wins enforces a strict refund policy for career coaching clients who reach the final interview stage in roles facilitated by our recruitment division.

Eligibility for a Refund:
A full refund of career coaching fees (less applicable discounts) will be provided if:

  • The coaching client applies independently to a Purple Wins-facilitated role.

  • The coaching client reaches the final interview stage before a hiring decision is made.

  • The coaching client provides proof of coaching service purchase.

  • The refund request is raised before reaching the final interview stage.

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided If:

  • The coaching client does not reach the final interview stage.

  • The coaching client withdraws from the hiring process.

  • The coaching client applies for roles outside of Purple Wins recruitment services.

Refund requests must be submitted prior to the final interview stage to be considered.

7. CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES & FAIR HIRING PRACTICES

Candidates and clients engaging with Purple Wins must acknowledge:

  • There is no explicit or implicit guarantee of employment.

  • Job placement is not included as part of career coaching services.

  • All candidates undergo the same rigorous selection process, regardless of prior coaching relationships.

  • Any attempt to bypass these policies may result in disqualification from both coaching and recruitment services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Purple Wins, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Hiring decisions, job outcomes, or employment disputes.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to coaching or recruitment services.

  • Client dissatisfaction due to career or hiring outcomes beyond Purple Wins' control.

  • Any delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By using Purple Wins services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Wins from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from employment decisions, coaching outcomes, or recruitment placements.

9. DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Purple Wins values your privacy. We:

  • Do not sell, share, or disclose personal client data without consent.

  • Comply with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) regarding candidate and employer information.

  • Protect all coaching and recruitment-related conversations under strict confidentiality agreements.

10. MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES

Purple Wins reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on www.purplewins.io and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration inOntario, with each party bearing its legal costs.
